Not investment advice. ThetaStreak is a record-keeping and analytics tool. Nothing in the Service — including analytics, leaderboards, streaks, alerts, or any AI-generated report — is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Options involve substantial risk of loss. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.

1. Agreement

These Terms are a contract between you and ThetaStreak, the operator of thetastreak.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you accept them. You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. Contact: legal@thetastreak.com.

2. The Service

ThetaStreak lets you log, sync, and analyze options positions. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or exchange; we do not execute trades, hold funds or securities, and we are not registered with the SEC, FINRA, or any regulator. Broker connections are read-only and provided via SnapTrade.

3. Data accuracy

Prices, greeks, P/L, and synced broker data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and analytics may contain errors. The Service is provided for informational purposes only — always verify against your broker's records before acting. We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on data shown in the Service.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal. Free-plan limits (e.g. position count, history, export rows) may change over time.

5. Your content & conduct

You own the data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to run the Service. You agree not to misuse the Service — no unauthorized access, scraping, reselling data, impersonation, or using the leaderboard/Discord features to give the impression that ThetaStreak endorses your trades. If you post trade alerts to your own Discord community, you are solely responsible for that content and for complying with any laws that apply to sharing trade information with others.

6. Disclaimers & liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

7. Termination, law & changes

You may close your account anytime; export your data first. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction where ThetaStreak operates. If we materially change these Terms, we'll give notice by email or in-app before the change applies; continued use means acceptance. Contact: legal@thetastreak.com.
